I just made a sweet baby card for an upcoming baby shower. They know they are having a little girl and she is doing the baby’s room in pink and brown and registered for EVERYTHING pink and brown in the store. So, of course, I kept within the color theme and created a pink and brown card. I used a new stamp set from Papertrey Ink called Everyday Button Bits. It is so cute with buttons, but I decided instead to use that I-top bradmaker again, which I’m liking more and more.
The Dark Chocolate stock is embossed with Cuttlebug Birds & Swirls folder and the Sweet Blush is embossed with Swiss Dots and then punched on the edge with Martha Stewart’s doily-lace scallop punch.
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink’s Mega Mixed Messages. I used Memento New Sprout ink for the cherry stems and Papertrey’s Hibiscus ink for the Sweet Baby sentiment. The paper is also from Papertrey Ink; Vintage Cream, Sweet Blush, and Dark Chocolate. The ribbon is Hibiscus from Papertrey Ink as well. I just love the stamping products from Papertrey Ink.
Thanks for stopping by.
