I had so much fun making these cards. I was able to keep it somewhat simple and yet use my stamps, my Copic markers, and some sewing. Have I told you lately how much I am loving Papertrey Ink and their products. Their heavy cardstock is the best for making boxes and cards. For this gift, I used one of their Timeless Templates Captured Card Case. These templates are awesome in that you can download the, print them out and then personalize them for your gift or use. I used one of Papertrey’s newer stamp sets Vintage Picnic and Vintage Picnic Sentiments to create a set of cards as a gift for someone.

This is the closed box of cards. I will definitely be using this Captured Card Case template again and again.
Here is a little peak inside. I placed the birthday card on top, but I left it blank inside and actually just added a note inside the box so that she can still use and send someone else the birthday card.

I’ve got to work on my photography skills, but you should see this one in person. Again, the Spica pens added so much to it. The snow is my Inkssentials Opaque white pen.
All of the baskets were also given a little shading with a C1 marker and a little C3 in places. The ribbon was assorted ribbon from my ribbon stash.
