What a great way to bring in the New Year. I have 25 awesome, supportive, encouraging Followers. Now that I have 25 followers, I chose one lucky winner from the comments that were posted to that specific Blog Candy Post. I took all the comments and printed them out, cut them in strips, and folded into smaller pieces. My daughter’s BFF (and my BFF’s daughter) is staying with us for a few days, so I had her draw a name. The lucky winner is…..

Nikki, I completely agree. Unfortunately, I probably spend more time blog surfing than actually creating somthing tangible, but I love all the ideas I find. I read somewhat once ‘to fake it until you make it’. Even the most highly aclaimed artists studied works by others and all musicians start out playing others’ music, so I consider myself a craft student right now. I love being inspired by others and as my talents grow, I cherish the encouragement I receive from others.
