I am so humbled and honored to receive this Sunshine Award from Cindy at Crazy for Crafting. I’m so humbled because I look to her site for inspiration and even advice. The creative part of her brain must always be on full speed. She has taught me how to better use my Photoshop Elements and has given great advice on copyrighting your work. She creates the most adorable 3D projects with paper and always has a kind encouraging word for everyone on the Cricut Messageboard and for me personally through the comments she has left on my blog. So, thank you, Cindy, for all that you do – and thank you so much for forwarding this award to me. As part of accepting the award, I must pay it forward to 6 other bloggers. Running with Scissors, Spatulas, and Sneakers – Katie has always been supportive of my crafting passion. She acknowledges every project I create and continues to be a source of encouragement. She is always available to bounce ideas off of. On top of that, she is a FABULOUS scrapbooker who has such a great style. I love the way she combines colors and textures and comes up with the best titles. She also creates some beautiful, elegant cards so make sure you give her a visit.
My Basket of Scraps – Jackie is relatively new to the blogging world, but she is off to an unbelievable start. Jackie has such a style with her layouts and I’ve had the privilege to personally scrap with her. She can throw layouts together like nobody’s business and they all come out stunning! It takes me all day to get one layout done. I love that I can see her work anytime now. Jackie also always has a kind word of encouragement to me. Stop by and see her work.
Capadia Designs – Diane gives so much of herself to us all through her teaching and designs. She is always willing to share her absolutely stunning designs – all for free. I know from the work she produces, that she puts quite a bit of time into some of these. And yet, she is always there to answer your questions on her blog and give you great tips for creating intricate designs. You can also usually find screen shots from the newest cartridges. Diane’s teaching of how to use Cricut Design Studio is really what motivated me to really start using it, which then led to my desire to try the Gypsy. Thanks, Diane, for all the time you give to us and all the designs you so willingly share.
Design Create Inspire – Magoo is about the sweetest person I’ve ever met on a forum. She is a super cheerleader on the Cricut Messageboard. She is also very giving with her talent – not only with her Gypsy, but also with her wonderful digital talent. Her designs are always stunning and gorgeous. I always look forward to what she’ll make next.
Bug Junkie – What can I say? This gal creates the most DAZZLING mini albums. I just drool over her creations and wish I could see things through her eyes for one day. All of the elements and details she puts in every one of her albums just amazes me. If you haven’t checked out her site, you must see her work. She always inspires me to add just a little more detail to my creations.
A Scraphappy Southernbelle – I love Aymee’s style. Everything this gal creates is beautiful and when I visit her site, I feel like I’m sitting down and having a cup of tea with a friend. She does amazing things with Sure Cuts a Lot and gives her Cricut a workout almost every day. I love the things she does with ribbon and embellishments. I can always find some inspiration at her site.
