At Cheryl Boglioli Designs, we take great care in packing and shipping your precious artworks to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
We require 5-7 business days to process and pack all artwork, including sculptures, paintings, and canvas pieces. Please note that prints may take additional time due to on-demand printing.
Shipping Method
All artwork will be shipped via standard ground shipping and insured for the value of the piece sold. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping on our website. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly by sending a message.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at cheryl@cherylboglioli.com. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
Potential Service Interruptions
Due to variables outside our control, including extreme weather delays, natural disasters, sickness, holidays, etc., orders may take longer to arrive. We will make every effort to communicate this if something does happen. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information and a delivery estimate. If there are any issues with your shipment or if a package is lost, please contact us for further assistance.
