You know you’re a scrapbooker, when you want to redo life just so you can take better pictures.
These pictures were so precious as they were of Sage when she was just born. However, they were Polaroids and not good ones either. I tried to scan them and clean them up, but it didn’t help much. Oh well! I still want to preserve that memory so I finally put them on paper. At least I am scrapping again and putting pictures in my albums… finally. 🙂
I am not super crazy about the way this finally turned out. It looked much better in my head than it does on paper. I still think it needs something on the actual layout, but I didn’t want to take away from the ‘wrapping’. I do like the way I wrapped my ‘bundle’. I cut the angles from a pp by Making Memories and then cut out the little scalloped edge. The paper was scored 1/4 in so that I could attach it to the back and have it fold around to the front. I added the little eyelets and ribbon. The PURE JOY frame is an acetate frame which I stamped on with white StayzOn and then attached to picture and mat with pink brads. Bundle of Joy was cut on my Cricut with the Jasmine cartridge.
Thanks for looking.
Old photos just show how we have evolved as photographers. 🙂 A glimpse in time. Lovely layout of super sweet baby Sage. Love how it opens up.
