At Cheryl Boglioli Designs, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, with all original packaging and tags. Please contact us at cheryl@cherylboglioli.com to initiate a return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at cheryl@cherylboglioli.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at cheryl@cherylboglioli.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the item to be exchanged must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note that any personalized art cannot be returned.
