Living the Art Life™

New View Into My Studio

by Cheryl 10 Comments

You may notice a few changes here and at some of my other social media sites.  I finally decided to move to a self-hosted website and get a little makeover.  I’ve still got a few kinks to work out and you may see some minor changes here and there, but I wanted to share my new look with you so that you know that you have come to the right place.   Please take the time to become a Fan on my Cheryl’s Window Facebook page and I’ll post any major updates there.  You can also follow me and stay connected with any of the buttons there in the right sidebar.

I want to thank Debi Seltzer from SZ Studio for her patience with me as she created my new logo and design.  I had an idea what I wanted, but wasn’t sure how to translate it.  Debi was able to take my scattered idea and a piece of my artwork to design my new studio window logo and I love love love it.   I also owe a huge thank you to Theresa Cifali.  She has been a wealth of information and the best resource for making some new business decisions, moving to a self-hosted site, as well as improving my social media.  I highly recommend her services if you are looking to grow and take your online presence to the next level.

I may be slow getting new posts up for the next few weeks as I not only try to get the new site up and running smoothly, but I also leave Saturday for Summer CHA.  After that, I’m teaching in Monticello at The Vintage Butterfly, before I fly back home.

I hope you will hang on and follow along this ride with me.   I plan to bring “ME” back into my projects and my posts and hope we will get to know each other better.   I hope you’ll take a moment and check out my new site.

Thanks for stopping by,

Love the new look Cheryl! I’m dreading having to move to self hosting someday as well – but I know it will all be worth it in the end! -kg

It will be worth it, Kerry. I was dreading it too. I had a few issues moving, but they ALL worked out and I am much happier with the control.

Looks great! I’m going to move to a self-hosted site myself. Just waiting for CHA to be over so I can get Theresa to help me out!

Theresa is a great resource. I’m glad I moved but mine was a challenge. Let me know as soon as you switch and I’ll help promote your new look too.
