Yes, I’m still here, I’ve just been crazy busy with work. It took over my life and stole my inspiration, creativity, mojo, kidnapped my muse, etc….etc…..
But, this weekend was a good weekend and today was a good day and it is coming back.
First, work should be getting back to some normalcy and hopefully I’ll even be cutting back my hours before long. So, more time to get my house back in order and my creative outlet back on track.
Second, I found out that we have a new Scrapbook store in town (the only one) – It is A Scrapbook Store and More. I am so excited for many reasons. 1) It is right around the corner from me. 2) She has put together a great store with a great mix of products; new, current papers, tools, LOTS of bling, Tim Holtz embellies, dies, stamps, inks, etc. 3) It is right around the corner from me. 4) She has a great crop space and will be hosting crops and teaching classes (wonderful comfy chairs) 5) It is right around the corner from me!!!!! I am so encouraged by her willingness to open a LSS here in this economy and truly wish her the best. I’m going to be visiting and hope to meet new friends there. The address is 6961 Hancock Drive, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952. She’s working on getting her website up and I’ll share that too when it is live. For those local, it is right off US 1 just south of St. Lucie Lanes.
And finally, after visiting the scrapbook store with my gal pals here, I came home and started creating again. I totally scraplifted one work from a blog I was just introduced to and will share with my project pics. I am still amazed when I find a truly great blog with fantastic projects and lots of followers that I’ve never visited before. Anyway, one project led to another, which led to another, which led to another, and I have even more ideas swimming in my head. I know this is just a tease, but I’ve got to get some great pics for you and get them edited and uploaded and will be sharing soon, so please come back and see!
