My favorite is a Marble Mocha Macchiato, light syrup and light whip! However, I’ll never turn down a good cup of coffee and I like to try different ones, though I prefer a darker roast. At home, my favorite is Starbucks Café Verona, but when I’m on a budget, Maxwell House Italian Roast will do just fine! Starbucks is my favorite. I even have an app that not only finds my nearest Starbucks, but will save my favorite drinks and I can use my phone to pay for my coffees!
When I saw the coffee line papers by Canvas Corp, I knew I was going to be making a mini album about my love of coffee with these. And what better way to create a tiny mini than use a little stash of coffee sleeves I’ve been saving? And now I can share this album that was created for Bind-It-All.
I traced my coffee sleeves, cut out the papers, and covered my coffee sleeves.
The tags were created using Coffee Defined paper cut up in pieces. This whole thing came together so well since everything was kraft color based.
I then went ahead and punched my holes using my Bind-It-All before embellishing. This is a really important part of creating mini albums and ensures that your embellishments do not get in the way when punching and binding.
I had a latte fun decorating this one with some coffee style. I used a small caviar (yes, I actually had one) jar and Walnut distress stain to make little coffee cup rings on many pages and tags. I scribbled some stain on my nonstick craft mat and dipped in the jar and then stamped by tags and pages.
My album even has some real coffee in it. Instead of using glitter, I used Helmar Gemstone glue and my favorite coffee to dress up a top edge. Just like glitter, I ran a strip of glue and then poured the coffee over the wet glue. I did press it in just a little and then let it dry before shaking it off.
This is my dried coffee strip at the edge of a sleeve page.
And here are a few pictures of all the inside pages. I used a lot of pictures from my travels where I’m always seeking the nearest Starbucks. And most of my pictures when traveling are taken with my IPhone and Instagram. Love the look I got here. So, what is your favorite cup of Joe?
Until next time,

Those crafts are absolutely stunning! I always love seeing coffee-related things like this, and it’s clear that a lot of work went into them! 🙂

Awww, thanks Merideth. I too love anything coffee-related. 🙂

Now that is just too cute! What an amazing imagination you have. Great craft Idea.

Thank you. I do love my coffee!

I love this! I am amazed and how you can come up with such fabulous designs. I don’t drink coffee and have to look at the user manual every time I try to use our coffee/espresso machine when guests are here. This would be a cute way to keep the directions for each type of coffee.
Cheryl says
That is a great idea, Peggy. You could even make it to hang inside the coffee cabinet or by the machine. If you make one, PLEASE share it because we’d love to see it.
