This was a Design Team Project for Everything Scrapbook & Stamps. Michelle picked out some beautiful paper from KaiserCraft called the Loire Valley Collection. I am really liking Kaiser Craft paper more and more. It cuts well on my Cricut and has such a nice ‘tooth’ to it. It also comes with a little border stating which Bazzill colors coordinate with each specific patterned paper; so helpful when you just can’t find the right shade! I used some matching brads from the collection that added a little center to my flower(s) and/or an eye for a bird. For this project, I decided to create an altered CD mini album. I incorporated some Bazzill flowers, misc Ribbon , a little stickles here and there, and I also finally stepped out of my comfort zone and tried to doodle a little using my Copic Spica pens. I used Tim Holtz distressing inks throughout the album. The alphabet was Prima Whispered Words flocked alphabet. How perfect was that; flocked letters for my flock album? 🙂 The album was finished by punching holes with my Crop-A-Dile and binding it with the Bind-It-All.
Lot’s of pictures here, because I wanted to share the WHOLE thing with you and I had so much fun actually creating this album. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions and click on any pictures below for a closer peek. Your comments are appreciated and cherished.
I love it. I have to make one!
Love it, love it, love it.
