Alrighty scrappers. I have searched high and low and even played with different adhesives at my LSS tonight. I need an adhesive that will adhere two clear pieces together and will virtually disappear. With all the craze for acrylics and transparencies out there, I’m confident there is an adhesive out there I haven’t discovered. I’m trying to glue transparency film (the kind you can buy in an office supply store) to itself. It needs to remain clear – not become cloudy when dry. I don’t want a large blob with a glue dot. And it needs to hold well and actually dry. I’ve tried some that dried cloudy. I’ve tried some vellum adhesive that was NOT clear at all. I’ve tried glue dots. I’ve painted clear glue. Some glues dry and then the project peels completely apart. I even had one that dried around the edges, but inside the sealed area, it never tried!
I do not want to always attach with a brad or eyelet or cover the adhesed area with paper or flower. There are times I just want the adhesive to disappear. So, help a gal out here and tell me if you’ve found success with a glue that disappears with two pieces of clear transparency. If you have a glue that you believe will work, will you please try it and let me know?
In the meantime, I’m celebrating a little tonight. Tonight’s post marks one solid week of blogging. Woo hoo1 I know that I cannot and will not blog daily on a regular basis, but I couldn’t resit posting something tonight and miss that little personal record when I was on such a roll!

that old KI Gloo was pretty good but I only tried clear colored stuff not transparencies. Or maybe try Matte Accents?
Good luck!
