Yes, Halloween and Christmas are over, but I still have a layout from Nightmare B4 Christmas to share with you!!! These are pics from our Halloween party this year when dh and I dressed up like Jack and Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas. My hubby really wanted to dress up and I couldn’t figure out what to really do. This dress was literally thrown together that morning from an old choir dress (which I would have never worn out in public anyway) and bits of scraps from my material stash. This was my take on the fabulously fun sketch over at Sassy Lil’ Sketches.
Here is that sketch. please stop by and check out the new design for Sassy Lil’ Sketches as well as our new super-friendly forum. I would absolutely LOVE it if you would join us on our forum and tell them CherB sent you. I might even have a chance at a special badge if so!!! You can visit the forum directly by clicking HERE. Make sure you introduce yourself!
I loved the way this large rosette came out. I punched the edge with the Martha Stewart Spider Web edge punch and layered it with embellies from my Halloween stash, much of which came from my Scarlet Lime Kit and some from my collection of Halloween themed papers this year.
Then I layered some great Thickers, rubons, clear stickers and sequins all over the page.
So, what can you create with this sketch? Do you have some pictures from this year that you really want to scrap before the end of this week? Sassy Lil’ Sketches has many sketches to choose from and they are all great, but this one was surprisingly fun. Maybe is was the silly pics I took, but oh well!! Hope to see you at Sassy Lil’ Sketches Forum soon.
Thanks for stopping by today,

Over here in the UK, we don’t celebrate Hallowe’en as much as folk in the US do, more’s the pity but I love that lo Cheryl, totally brilliant
